-Arrival 3-4 Hours into Hair and Makeup

-confirm all tables have the correct number of seats and in correct location
-room sweep to assure everything is according to floorplan
-set up and additional décor provided by the client
-with you to make sure your day goes according to plan
-breakdown of required décor or items by client to be packed to take at end of night
